The other day someone in a Facebook group I’m a part of wrote a question asking about people’s methods for reflection. I’ve always been a reflective person, but it wasn’t until a couple years ago that I started being more meticulous around recording my thoughts and keeping them all in one place.
I think it's super cool how you've stuck to your daily journal for so long! I feel like most people give up pretty quickly 😆

I've found that sometimes when I set quantitative goals, if I fall behind, I end up giving up entirely because I get into the state of "what's the point if I can no longer achieve that goal anyway" 😅
